The Hoyt Park Area Joint Steering Committee will be meeting on Monday, October 15 at First Baptist Church, 518 N Franklin Avenue starting at 6:00 pm. Participants will continue to review the draft neighborhood plan with focus review on the following chapters: University Avenue Corridor, Single-Family Character, Bike & Pedestrian Facilities, Parks & Open Space, Infrastructure, and Social Capital & Arts.
