Vermont Valley Community Farm (www.vermontvalley.com) is seeking a temporary site host for the 2016 season only. Our pick up site on Hillcrest Circle will be impacted by road construction this season and will resume in 2017. The farm makes weekly deliveries each Thursday from June 9 – Oct 20. Here are basic requirements:
- A garage with a relatively smooth driveway. We need to be able to wheel the shares from the delivery truck to the garage. The driveway can be sloped.
- A cleared and clean space in the garage to set up the shares each Thursday and a table to use for check off lists.
- A willingness to have your space invaded by a multitude of people each week.
- Site hosts receive a $300 discount on their vegetable share and a $100 discount on a fruit box.
